Work formats
What kind of work is this?
This is primarily regular work with one family. Housekeepers, nannies, and cooks regularly visit the family and provide household and childcare services. There is also short-term work, for example during the family's vacation (1 week to a month).
There are part-time options for a few hours per day/week. We can find two families with compatible schedules or find part-time work alongside a main job. Or rotational work on a 30/30-day or 90/90-day schedule.

Pay depends on the scope of work, conditions and the specialist's level. For example, if you work with accommodation and meals provided by the employer, the salary will be lower.
Candidates without live-in arrangements are offered higher pay. If you have a European residence permit, EU passport, family work experience, references, or relevant professional education — the pay will be even higher.

Requirements and preferences for candidates
If you plan to work abroad, it is important to consider the visa requirements of the country where the employer is located. For example, to work in some countries the candidate must have at least a valid tourist visa — it allows entering the country for a personal meeting with the employer's family.
After a successful acquaintance, the employer takes care of the work visa application for the candidate.
Similar requirements apply in other countries: having an entry visa or visa-free access is a mandatory condition for a personal meeting with the employer before official employment. Our specialists will help you understand the visa requirements for the country that interests you.

Wait for the employer interview
If your resume interests a client, we arrange an online interview. An agency manager helps both parties discuss pay, schedule, accommodation and duties. If everything suits you, we prepare you for the start date.

Start work
After a successful interview, start dates are agreed and tickets purchased if needed. The contract is signed and you begin your duties. Our manager stays in touch to make your adaptation comfortable. Pay starts from the first working day.
